Sales were brisk for our first Pop Up Farmers Market. We offered 100% organic, farm fresh parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, cilantro plants, wildflower seed bombs and chicken eggs. We sold out of eggs right away, which didn't surprise us. It was a great lesson on supply and demand that even the youngest farmer understood. The less that you have of a desired item (farm fresh eggs), the more you can charge. #LessonsInLifeFromTheFarm
