We Can Grow Bell Peppers!

Texas summers are scorchers! Maintaining our farm in intense heat presented many obstacles that we worked hard to overcome during the summer months. Although we lost some crops along the way, there were lessons learned out on our farm.

The biggest lesson that we learned was that 

WE CAN GROW PEPPERS!

The Intermediate Farm Team picked 136 Bell Peppers.

We sliced, diced and served them to the whole school
on the way out to recess.

We gathered data about what the students at Moss Haven thought about Bell Peppers.

The opinions were totaled.

It was determined that most students at Moss Haven
 LOVE Bell Peppers!

We loved the Great Pepper Harvest of 2012!
