Fun In The Fall Leaves

                

The trees on our campus have dropped their leaves, and that means wheelbarrow workouts after school at farm club. The kids were excited because they remembered how fun it was to rake and play in the leaves and smash our pumpkins to fuel our compost. We love that the kids want to work and take responsibility for the hard work that goes into maintaining our farm. It makes them feel important when they do meaningful chores and they can see the direct application of what they put into it. Here's to the Garden Warriors who work together to make great things happen on our farm.
